• Party conditions
• Deposit: A non refundable deposit of $50 is required within 3 days (minimum 7 days) after the booking.
• Free invitations are available when deposit is paid.
• Party host: The party package does not include the party host in the party area. Children can still participate in the games & activities held in the playground.
• Child age: The party package price is arranged by the age of the party child. Packages will not be split unless ages differ by 2 years or more.
• Guest list: Party parents are required to supply a guest list of all children invited.
• Punctuality: Punctuality is requested as parties run to a strict 2-hour schedule. To avoid overcrowding, drop off and pick-up parents are also requested to be punctual. If party guests wish to stay on after the party they must be admitted as a new admission with a responsible adult parent.
• Use of Party area: Party celebration. At the scheduled time plates of hot chips, jugs of soft drinks and platters of lollies will be supplied to your party at a table reserved in the café or if available the party tables. This table will only be available to your guests for a half-hour period (quantities of soft drink and lollies platters supplied are dependent on the number of guests in party).
• Birthday Cake

• As a condition of entry outside food or drink cannot be brought onto the premises. Special meal requests can be arranged within 7 days notice.
• All children must wear socks in the playground.

• Details of event
  • Party Reception
    • The party co-ordinator will greet you at the scheduled time, get the kids ready for play by issuing a box for shoes and a bag for the presents. The children are then free to go into the adventure playground where they can free play and explore or participate in the games and activities provided by the play staff.
  • Free Play
    • Ample time is set aside for exploring and enjoying our huge Adventure playground. It boasts a separate toddlers area, a massive three level play frame, a bouncy castle, games area, and a gruelling Challenge course for the more adventurous. Parents are welcome to join in or sit back in the viewing café and take it easy.
  • Meals and birthday celebrations
  • At scheduled time, your party host will call the children over to the party tables to share a meal and celebrate the party child’s birthday. After meal the kids will continue to play until the end of their 2 hour session.
  • Farewell
    • At the conclusion of the party, your party host will call the children back to the reception area for collection of their shoes and to meet their parents.

  • Option1: An Ice-cream birthday cake is provided in the package.
  • Option2: The host parents may provide their own cake and receive a $5 discount. Tropical Twist may provide free accessaries, including candles, plates, spoons, napkins, and cake serving knife.

• A variety of sandwich fillings are offered. Parents may choose any option but same for all the children. The decision of all the food options, the number of kids and the payment is done the latest 48 hours in advance.
  
  
• A charge of $4 per child will be retained in case on no shows above the minimum number of children.

• Sequence of events:
  • Reception staff greets the Walk-in parents.
    
    • Parents provide guest list (if applicable)
    • Parents settle the account including the price for Ice cream cake

  • A suitable table in the Parents' area is reserved.
  • Children enjoy the games and the fun in the play structure.
  • Delicious hot food is provided on the parents' table
  • After birthday celebrations, the children continue playing till the end of the session.

Corporate Party Package
