Q: Do I need to book for my children to play
at Tropical Twist?
A: No, bookings are only for bigger groups. Individuals can walk-in
any time unless we reach our maximum capacity.
Q: How long is the duration of a session for
play at Tropical Twist?
A: Our play sassions are of 2hrs. duration. The session starts at
the time of entry unless specified at the time of entry.
Q: How do I secure entry during school holidays?
A: You can buy pre-paid ticket
Q: What is a Pre-paid ticket?
A: Buy this ticket for a two hour time slot of your choice by paying
standard entry charges in advance. The bearer is entitled to enter
and stay at Tropical Twist during the booked time only. An expired
ticket carries no value. A full amount can be refunded if claimed
atleast 15 minutes before entry time. Tropical twist accepts no responsibility
for any lost or stolen ticket.
Q: Can my child play without wearing socks?
A: No, it is for the safety of your own child to wear socks. Socks
may be purchased from our reception desk if required.
Q: Can I reserve a table for walk-in entry?
A: No, Tables are reserved for the booked parties only
Q: What if my child stays less than two hours
at Tropical Twist?
A: The entry ticket you buy is for two hours session; early departure
doesn't effect the price.
Q: Am I allowed to bring in my pet to Tropical
A: No. Its kids place. Some of the kids may not feel comfortable.
Q: Is my child allowed to bring in his own toy?
A: It depends on the size and the type of the toy. Our staff reserves
the right to refuse it as few toys may be unsafe to kids of other
age group or to the business premises.
Q: Can we bring our own cake with out booking
A: It comes under BYO. Please read in Parties (Food) and Cafe.

A: Yes, we carefully manage the seating and serving arrangements.
Bookings are essential to avoide any disappointment.
Q: How can I make a booking?
A: We have three channels to accept booking: over the counter,
online, over the phone. All of these modes require your personal
and party details. Payments are not mandatory at the time

A: Easy; call us about cancellation or change of time, we
happily change it to next available time slots. Call us about
the change of package, the time of the party will change as
both of our party packages offer different time slots.
Q: Can I book a 'Family party package'
and bring my own cake?
A: It is just a gathering of a family with their children
and is not our farmal party package. Our customers are allowed
to bring cake only in 'Troppo' or 'Play n fun' party package.

A: Yes, the deposit must be paid within a week after booking
a party (the latest five days before the party day), a failure
to do so may result cancellation of booking.

applied per person (both the kids & adults). Seating
for the kids may be provided in the party or the cafe area
depending on the availablity. Parents are provided seating
in the cafe area. We reserve you a table and whoever joins
you is considered your guest.

A: BYO surcharge with entry price suits to those who along
with their guests just walked-in without booking a
party. There surcharge is relatively less but their entry
permission depends on the available vacancies, also there
is no guarantee of providing them adequate seating.
BYO surcharge with the party package price applies to those
who book a party and still want to bring their own food. It
secures your entry, the day and the time of the party, and
also maximum possible seatings for parents. (Also see
"Cafe" below for details)

happens when a child accompanies me to pick up his sibling
from Tropical Twist?
A: All kids must pay to enter Tropical Twist or the siblings
should sit in the waiting area.

is the sequence of the birthday parties?
A: After reception the parents chat at the tables reserved
for them in the eating area. Children go and play in the play
area. Party celebrations are in the party area forty five
minutes after the time of arrival. The celebrations take about
twenty to twenty five minutes. Then, for the remainder of
the two hour session, the children play in the play area.

A: Book an Exclusive session if you don't want to share with
other parties. We understand the reasonable number of parents
coming with children. Normally more guest parents stay if
their child is very young and most of the guest parents leave
if their child is older. If you invite a larger number of
adults with a fewer number of children, booking an exclusive
session would be a good choice so that all of your guests
can have seats.
What happens to the deposit when I cancel
/ reschedule an exclusive session or want to change it to
the public session?
A: After accepting your booking for an exclusive session,
we start refusing other customers looking for the same time
slot. deposit remains non-refundable and non transferable.
Q: Who can book a group?
Groups are booked by the instituations (childcare centres, educational
institutes, community organizations etc.)
Q: Can I make a group booking of 20 children for
my child's birthday party?
A: Group bookings are available to the institutes and the organizations

the groups charged for bringing their own lunches?
A: All the efforts are made to make the seating availble to the parents.
Children spend most of their time exploring the play structure. However,
groups are provided seating to eat their lunches.
Q: Can I bring my own food?
A: Our cafe offers full menu options. However for your own food, there
are additional charges per person including children and also for
adults. BYO surcharge is as under:
- Walk-ins: $3 per person
- Pre booked birthday party (public session): $4 per person
- Pre booked birthday party (exclisive session): $7.50 per person
- Children pay Standard Entry Plus surcharge; Adults' entry is
free and they pay surcharge only

- Customers will be provided appropriate number of chairs depending
on the amount of surcharge paid

A: It is basically a birthday party with only your guests in the whole

A: An exclusive Birthday party entitles you to have the entire center
only for you and your guests. We would not accept any other booking
during the period you hired the centre.
