Tropical Twist is in a central location and is easy to access. Car parking is plentiful as we based in a shopping complex and have use of whole car park. Our database reflects our customer zone is from City beach to Maylands, Victoria Park to Cannington, Gosnells to Armadale, and Byford to Kwinana. All areas access Tropical Twist through major arterial roads. Tropical Twist has top quality sturdy plant and play equipment. It consists of a 3 levels play structure, toddler area, challenge course, basketball / tug of war play area and a bouncy castle. Very little maintenance has been required. Experienced staff at Tropical Twist is clear reflection of our training success. Playground, parties, kitchen, café, and reception are steps in sequence that our staff members go through before one is presented as a duty manager to the customers. We invested lots of hours to develop our written training plan in various modules. Kid’s psychology, hospitality, marketing, and customer relationship are the core issues of our training modules. Numerous modules cover all areas at Tropical Twist. Each module covers the duty description, hazards, procedures, and outcomes. Our deployment strategy and our trained staff make sure that the training sequence keeps on passing to the juniors. This approach allows the trainer to give each trainee their own module to keep and refer to when carrying out the task.
